JEWELRY BUYING GUIDE:

We ship our jewelry by trusted carriers like USPS First Class and First Priority so the chances of anything happening to your prized package are super slim. Plus, all our shipments are fully insured. Visit our shipping page for more information.

What? You lost the invoice?! Truth is we’d like you to return the invoice with your items so it can be correctly handled, but if you can't find it—call us and we’ll give you a quote for the exact price of the replacement. 

Our rings are made to size. If your Lexi Butler Designs ring doesn't fit well, we will need to make a new ring from the model you ordered. Lexi Butler uses mostly wire to  create the rings. Wire wrapped rings can't be resized as well for this reason. However. if you must return the ring  return within 30 days of its original shipment date). We love surprises and we'd love to help you. First, you need to think about where you'd like the jewelry to be delivered. Just fill in the delivery address during checkout.  If your delivery is over $100, we require a signature for delivery. The invoice will always be sent per email to the original buyer.

Nope. We fully insure each order all the way to you or to the desired destination. That means that when your order is in transit to you or to another destination, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it's our policy that a signature is required for all Lexi Butler Designs orders over $100.

JEWELRY QUESTIONS:

NO, our jewelry does not contain any nickel whatsoever. We also do not buy any jewelry components from China. In fact, many of our jewelry components are handmade by the designer Lexi Butler herself who takes great pride in her work.

We use solid copper, 14k Gold Filled, Sterling Silver and Sterling Silver Filled and of course copper

Any gemstones that are not a diamond, ruby, emerald or sapphire is a semi-precious gemstone. Calling a gemstone semi-precious does not mean it is less valuable than precious gemstones. .Some semi-precious gemstones are not stones at all but are made of organic material like amber, coral and pearl.

Swarovski Elements do contain minute amounts of lead. However, while the brand is historically known for its impeccable “lead-crystal,” which, by European Union legal requirement, contained at least 24% lead oxide, in September of 2012, Swarovski adopted their patented Advanced Crystal Standard. This patented and innovative standard guarantees that all Swarovski Elements products bearing that label are considered lead-free crystal, containing no more than 0.009% lead oxide. Swarovski Crystals are not safe for children 12 and under due to accidental ingestion

When it is exposed to air, it darkens or tarnishes, forming what is commonly referred to as copper “patina.” After prolonged contact with human skin where it can interact with air, sweat and other chemicals, such as soaps, lotions, and makeup, copper can turn green or bluish-green, and stain the skin in the process. PRIVACY QUESTIONS:

Luckily you don't have to tell us your age, height or natural hair color. But when you do make a purchase on our site, you need to provide us with the following information:

  • Name
  • E-mail address
  • Billing and shipping address
  • Telephone number
  • Type of credit card you are using
  • Credit card number and expiration date, or other forms of payment.

Found something(s) you love? Great! First, place the product(s) you want to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "add to cart" button on the product page to the right of the product image. Then, whenever you're done shopping, click "Proceed to Checkout" and follow the easy instructions to complete your order. If you're a registered customer, check out is super easy. If you're not (and you don't have to be), it's still easy but you might want to consider registering to make check out even smoother the next time you shop at Lexi Butler Designs. Yes, you can place an order with your credit card right over the phone.  You can call us from 8am-5pm MST to place an order over the phone. You can text us the page link of the product you would like to order to 406-241-4502 and we will create the order for you. After the order is complete and payment is accepted we will send you your order confirmation, while on the phone.

Please contact us first by phone 406-241-4502 during our business hours or email us to lexi@lexibutlerdesigns.com if you place the order outside of our business hours.

If you think you might have placed a duplicate order, please contact our Customer Service Department at 406-241-4502 or via email at lexi@lexibutlerdesigns.com and we'll make sure that everything gets sorted out to your satisfaction.

Now, why would you want to do that? But if you do, please contact our Customer Service Department at 406-24-4502 ASAP to cancel an order. Please have your order number nearby.

We promise we'll try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as fast and as efficiently as possible. That means that even if you contact our Customer Service Department immediately after you change your mind about your order, it might already be in the shipping process. If that happens, we can't change or cancel an order once its journey to you has begun. So, if your order can't be canceled, and you still don't love it after its arrived – just return it to us following our guidelines in our Return/Refund Policy

Absolutely. With Lexi Butler Designs ordering online is as safe as using your credit card in your favorite department store. We use the latest security technology, which includes data encryption, server authentication, and message integrity – which is like keeping your credit card information in a bank vault.

At this time we only accept orders from selected Countries. Please refer to our Shipping Page for more detailed info.

We accept all major Credit Cards, Prepaid Credit Cards  Paypal. If you are a local customer, we accept cash payments and also checks.

You will be notified by email when your order has shipped and you can track your order within 24 hours of shipment.
