Lexi Butler Designs launches Artisan Jewelry Stylist Program. Stylists in U.S. & internationally will have opportunity to sell handcrafted Lexi Butler Designs.
Lexi Butler Designs (www.LexiButlerDesigns.com), a faith-inspired company based in Missoula, Montana, is pleased to announce the official launch of its Artisan Jewelry Stylist Program.
The program will provide up to 100 jewelry stylists/sales representatives in the United States and internationally the opportunity to sell Lexi Butler Designs jewelry from wherever they reside.
“We are excited to officially launch our stylist program,” said Lexi Butler, a certified and apprenticed goldsmith and the founder of Lexi Butler Designs. “We are a ground-floor direct sales company with an interesting twist, in that our focus is promoting handcrafted jewelry that is made right here in the United States; in fact, every single Lexi Butler Design is produced right here, out of my Missoula, Montana studio. Our line is attractive, affordable and offers options for men, women and children 12 years and older.”
The company already has on board seven stylists who were selected to represent the brand’s distinctive approach to sales. Lexi says, “We are looking for individuals who are motivated and self-directed, with an absolute passion for handcrafted, made in the U.S.A. jewelry. We also need them to come from a place of service in terms of their approach with customers. In other words, our mission is to solve the customer’s problem by taking the time to learn exactly what that problem is and then figure out a jewelry solution that will perfectly meet his or her needs.”
The program offers various benefits including a generous commission, a personalized company website, tips and advice from other stylists through communication in the Lexi Butler Designs chat room, and much more. Detailed information is available at LexiButler.com.
“The application process is quite straightforward and done completely on-line and over the phone,” remarked Lexi. “Once we accept someone on as a stylist they are offered access to a variety of tools designed to help them succeed. It’s really important to us that our representatives feel supported.”
Lexi was born and raised in Germany as part of a jewelry-making family. In 1996 she immigrated with her Iowa-born husband to Montana. In 2007 she obtained her U.S. citizenship and in 2008 built her first website. In 2014 she launched LexiButlerDesigns.com on Shopify.
“I describe my jewelry as uniquely Lexi Butler,” says the designer. “I have a lifelong love of tools and metal. When I was four years old, I was the proud owner of my first coping saw; which I utilized to saw Disney figures out of wood. I painted these with watercolor and proudly hung them up in my room. My love of tools and metals continued to grow as I watched my father work and design jewelry, modeling in wax. There was really no question in my mind that I would work as his apprentice someday.”
By the time she was 20, Lexi had received her journeyman’s degree in goldsmithing and jewelry design, having completed a 3 ½ years apprenticeship in her father’s company. Lexi worked side by side with her father for 10 more years. Since then, she has combined foundation skills in metal work with self-taught techniques like bead weaving and wire wrapping to create original designs that stand the test of time.
In partnership with The Artisan Group, a juried, by-invitation-only, arts promotion company, Lexi Butler Designs will be participating at GBK’s 2016 Primetime Emmys Celebrity Gift Lounge. The Gift Lounge takes place September 16-17, 2016 in Los Angeles, California. The company will be gifting celebrities its signature Copper Wire Rings. Showcased on display will be additional gemstone rings and men’s bracelet designs.
